On Sep 29, 2025, around 23:30 PDT, our store experienced a database failure caused by an error during backup operations. This led to partial data loss, mainly affecting services and tickets records.
After the incident, we attempted to restore data from historical backups. However, due to corruption in the backup files, to avoid further inconsistencies we decided to rely on manual data entry based on our service ledger. Our support team completed the recovery of services data by Sep 30, 2025, 09:45 PDT. Unfortunately, invoice and tickets data could not be recovered.
We kindly ask all users to carefully review the information in their accounts. If you notice any errors or missing items, please open a support ticket so we can assist. In particular, please double-check your services and account credits.
For users who need to retrieve to specific invoice or to materials previously provided in tickets (such as LOA or RPKI response XML files), please submit a support ticket so that we may re-issue or assist.
Considering the impact of this incident, all services that were due to expire between Sep 29 and Oct 7, 2025 will have their expiration date extended to Oct 8, 2025.
